Antwon Foreman

Director/Professor | North Carolina A&T State University

Antwon Foreman is an accomplished entrepreneur, educator, and nonprofit leader with over 16 years of experience in business consulting, economic engagement, and educational initiatives. Currently, Mr. Foreman serves as an Entrepreneurship Professor and the Director for Blackstone Launchpad at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In this role, he has created a successful entrepreneurship incubator, mentored student businesses that collectively generated millions in revenue, and engaged with over 6,500 students nationally through experiential programming that builds innovation skills. Additionally, Mr. Foreman has orchestrated high-impact partnerships with organizations like the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of State, and Bristol Myers Squibb that have allowed students to start solving tomorrow’s problems today.

As the founder of Support-U, a social enterprise dedicated to using entrepreneurial principles to bridge gaps that impede actuation, Mr. Foreman has served over 2,000 clients across seven countries. His efforts have driven a 22% average increase in key performance indicators for large organizations, and he has helped over 800 aspiring entrepreneurs become profitable. Antwon’s work spans scaling businesses, strategic marketing, and creating entrepreneurial culture and ecosystems for public and private entities—ultimately enabling individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth.

In addition to his work at North Carolina A&T and Support-U, Mr. Foreman is the Chairman of the Board for C.A.R.E.E., a nonprofit focused on providing resources and support for those that need it most. Under his leadership, the organization has made significant strides in voter registration by registering 9,000 people to vote, helped the state of North Carolina get COVID-19 support to over 70,000 rural households, and helped minority entrepreneurs start and grow businesses that give back to their community.

Mr. Foreman is on a personal mission to help others see the value they bring and how to sustain themselves using that value.
