Stephanie’s strategic storytelling has shaped the success of powerhouse clients including Procter & Gamble’s Bevel, Estée Lauder’s Lab Series, Sunglass Hut, The Lip Bar, and Be Rooted. Her approach blends intuition and innovation, delivering brand moments that resonate deeply with consumers.

A Spelman College graduate with a degree in Sociology, Stephanie enhanced her business leadership through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and executive studies at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She has held leadership positions with the Public Relations Society of America’s New Jersey Chapter and served as Vice President of the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College (NJ).

Before founding her agency, Stephanie began her career as a beauty editor. This foundation gave her a sharp editorial sensibility and a deep understanding of brand-consumer connections—skills that continue to inform her agency’s campaigns today.
