Dr. Denice (DC) Ware recently joined Howard University’s School of Business as Associate Director supporting MBA and undergraduate programs within their Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management (CESCM). Her responsibilities ensure that students are exposed to relevant corporate, government and entrepreneurial experiences preparing them for successful careers in global demand, logistics, and leadership positions. A 30-year veteran of telecom technology, Ware retired as Director of Human Resource Business Partners supporting Verizon’s Corporate Marketing and Legal/Public Policy organizations and served in this capacity for Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and regional operations.
DC holds a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western New England University. Dr. Ware has also completed Wharton Business School’s Executive Leadership program, earned her Project Management Certificate from George Washington University, and an Advanced Diversity Certification from Cornell University’s Industrial & Labor Relations school. Denice currently serves as Board of Directors President for Brooklyn Tech Alumni Foundation, strategically supporting the United States’ largest public STEM high school.
