2024 Webby Anthem Awardee for Responsible Nonprofit Tech Leader of the Year, William “Isaac” McCoy drives community change through education and leadership in both activism and business.

As the current Special Assistant to the President for Economic Development, Innovation, and Technology and former Dean for the School of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Computer Information Systems at Stillman College, Isaac fosters an environment ripe for growth in student achievement and community engagement, while also representing the mission of the college locally and globally.

He has been instrumental in the development of Stillman College’s Cybersecurity Center, Stillman-housed #BlackTechFutures Research Institute, and, most recently, the Fall 2024 launch of the Humanities, Ethics, Art, and Responsible Technology Center for Black AI and Social Justice (the HEART Center) at Stillman College.
