Phil’s tenure as Senior Vice President at Capitol Christian Music Group (CMG) and RCA Inspiration saw him lead the careers of artists such as Kirk Franklin and Donnie McClurkin, pushing faith-based music into the mainstream. His executive production credits include Surviving Compton and Never Would Have Made It: The Marvin Sapp Story.
