“Will Moss is President and CEO of HBCU CONNECT, LLC, which he founded in 1999. Under his leadership, HBCUConnect.com has grown into the largest website and online community dedicated to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, reaching approximately 350,000 visitors each month.

A 1995 graduate of Hampton University, Will earned top honors as the leading Computer Science scholar in his class. He began his career as a lead software engineer at AT&T Bell Labs, where he worked from 1995 until launching HBCUConnect.com full-time in 1999.

In addition to his work with HBCU CONNECT, Will is recognized for his expertise in internet technology, digital marketing, and online diversity recruitment strategies. He has also launched several online platforms serving the African American community, including BlackHistory.com, AfricanAmericanCareers.com, and BlackWomenConnect.com. His work has been featured nationally, including an appearance on BET’s *The Mo’Nique Show*, where he discussed the origins of HBCUConnect.com and its impact.

Will is also a frequent speaker, sharing insights with students and professionals on entrepreneurship, real estate investing, career preparation, and the growing importance of technology in the African American community.”
