Eric Marshall is a retired U.S. Army combat officer, clinician, and the Founder & CEO of Warriors Legacy Care, a Maryland-based home care and mental health agency for veterans. With over 20 years of military service, including combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, Eric combines clinical expertise with mission-driven leadership to create innovative solutions for underserved communities.

His ventures include the Service App, a veteran-powered platform providing access to mental health care, respite services, meals, and employment; and Psybr, an AI- and VR-driven therapy platform tailored to veterans’ unique needs. Both are designed to close critical gaps in care, reduce isolation, and prevent suicide in the veteran community.

Eric is also the founder of Young Founders Lab, a nonprofit helping teens launch real businesses through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and pitch competitions—particularly those from underserved backgrounds.

He has participated in national accelerators such as Founder Institute, Bunker Labs, and Maryland Tech Ventures, and is building partnerships with the VA, SBA, and Maryland Department of Health. Eric speaks nationally on topics including veteran care, mental health, and equitable entrepreneurship.

His work reflects one mission: to serve those who served, empower those overlooked, and reimagine systems of care that are accessible, dignified, and built for impact.
