Paul Wilson, Jr. is a visionary entrepreneurial executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading transformative initiatives that drive business growth, community impact, and organizational excellence. With a strong track record of delivering high-impact consulting, training, and leadership solutions, he has worked across a range of sectors—from small startups to Fortune 500 companies—helping individuals and organizations achieve meaningful and measurable results.
Paul currently serves as Vice President of Programs and Community Impact at the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, where he leads strategy, innovation, and program operations for its Financial Empowerment and Emergency Relief Center (FEERC), supporting economic mobility for individuals, families, and small businesses.
Previously, Paul provided dynamic leadership as Vice President of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), where he led the development of innovative programming to support Black-owned businesses in Atlanta. His leadership fostered a culture of innovation and experiential learning aligned with strategic business growth.
He also served as Area Director at the UGA Small Business Development Center at Georgia State University, where he led a high-performing team that delivered consulting, training, and market research to startups and growing enterprises.
Paul holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Business in Supply Chain Management, which he has applied in consulting engagements with major organizations such as Southern Company, GMSDC, Edison Electric Institute, and NFL teams.
A passionate advocate for minority business development, Paul has forged strategic partnerships to support inclusive entrepreneurship across the U.S. He also leverages his creative skills to produce multimedia content that educates and inspires entrepreneurs to unlock their fullest potential.
