“Dr. Ronald Cetoute is an entrepreneurship educator, researcher, and ecosystem builder committed to advancing inclusive innovation and economic development. He serves as Associate Director of the Robert H. “Bob” Bell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development (CIED) at Clark Atlanta University, where he designs and leads initiatives that equip students with practical entrepreneurial skills and real-world venture experience.

Dr. Cetoute’s research focuses on the impact of entrepreneurship education on underrepresented and diaspora communities, with a particular emphasis on Haitian entrepreneurs. His work explores how culturally responsive and experiential learning models can drive business creation, sustainability, and economic mobility. He is the author of a doctoral dissertation examining the outcomes of the BEL Initiative, a program he co-founded to support entrepreneurs in Haiti through education, solar enterprise development, and global trade engagement.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Cetoute is Chairman of the Federation of Haitian Chambers of Commerce and Immediate Past President of the Georgia Haitian American Chamber of Commerce. Through these roles, he has led efforts to strengthen diaspora business ecosystems, facilitate international trade partnerships, and expand access to capital and resources for minority-owned businesses.

A first-generation Haitian American raised in Miami’s Little Haiti community, Dr. Cetoute brings both lived experience and scholarly insight to his work. His approach bridges theory and practice, connecting higher education, entrepreneurship, and global economic development.
